After spending a week at Elite Hotel & Spa, I must say I am truly astounded by the exceptional service and facilities. Upon my departure, I accidentally left some important documents behind, and the staff went above and beyond by promptly retrieving and returning them to me, demonstrating their utmost professionalism and attention to detail. Secondly, the ironing facilities were top-notch, ensuring my clothes were always looking sharp for my photoshoots. Lastly, the air conditioning in my room was a blessing, providing a cool and comfortable environment after a long day of exploring Venice's fashion scene. Without a doubt, Elite Hotel & Spa surpassed all my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and convenient stay in Venice.
